My inner Indian heart loves the worldplay so please pardon it if found too goofy.There's a lot of nuance in the OKC market in general, but oddly enough there's less nuance to STR than LTR.

That is a good point...I wonder if long term the area will see an upturn due to the higher class neighborhoods around it (East Indian Village and the Pointes).
