Take good care of it because you will need it in the event of litigation.File any changes or addendums to the contract with the main contract in the file folder at the back of the original bound only to themselves, in date order. and also add them to the back of the ring binder under a separate tab called addendum (or whatever).The binder copy is YOUR working copy (where you can make margin notes and red line wording changes in the main contract for changes and addendum).
