They could also cause a reduction in coverage (ie. pollution coverage being excluded with the Tank, or Animal Liability being excluded with the restricted dog) It may be a good idea to discuss it with an Independent agent (they represent multiple insurace companies not just one) that writes coverage in that market

When I was there Manila in particular was a real rat hole - mostly run down places, shacks even, known for lots of meth activity, and virtually ran along the highway, so noisy, and then there was the pollution and stench from the nearby paper mill.
