I own a couple other types of businesses and everyone of my competitors keeps there cards close to their chest.

It's just that MHP doesn't expose you to the risk of a competitor being built across the street.

But then those high demand times got booked even with those high prices, and during the shoulder seasons my calendar was full when competitors' were pretty empty.I've played with Wheelhouse and Beyond Pricing as well, but IMO PriceLabs has the best product in this space.It does have a bit of a learning curve, but I think it's worth investing a little time. 

I recommend you start with the enemy method, find your successful competitors and mimick their best strategies.

Thank you Mike - we've certainly been a bit conservative lately on the bridge front, which has served us well as a lot of competitors have stretched and gotten into trouble, planning on cautiously but smartly expanding and improving on the bridge front soon

Stop yourself from resisting and use that intel as a competitive advantage against your competitors.

This can bite you if put a lot of time and resources into finding a buyer, only to have the seller back out of your deal and sell it to one of your competitors.
