I've had this idea for a while about multi-tenant retail centers converting to last-mile delivery centers to adapt to the e-commerce world, and the current situation could open the door for those opportunities for creative active investors and fix-and-flip buyers who want to get some CRE exposure.

They can put the payments on autopilot and forget about it.I have been using them for about 6 years and I have been extremely happy with their service and delivery of Rent which is generally 3 business days or earlier (depending on if the tenant subscribes to fastpay).

The initial letter to your card company should be succinct and concise - you're contesting charges, based on the non-delivery of promised services.

Here are some interactions I deal with: Paying $200 worth of groceries and refusing to pay a mere .30 cents for a reusable bag (not covered by food stamps) - and then asking for delivery and not tipping the delivery driver.
