When I was moving many of the elderly mostly Polish people in this neighborhood were slowly selling. 

I even had a woman from the Department of Aging (to report Elder Abuse) suggest to me that I go seek counseling (because of how obviously agitated I was by what was going on), as in, "Aw, you poor little thing.

My tenants are an elderly couple and when they decide to move or pass away, I will try to sell the house again.

It was an elderly woman who had approximately 50 units she was getting rid of so that she could move out of the area.

haha ... in many Asian cultures generational wealth is the default, not the exception, the elder generation passes them housing, a vacation home, a business, a company, mineral rights, and sometimes a political position as well lol it is a way to continue family (and dynasty) legacy so you (as an elder generation) would be remembered  by the community.
