I even had a woman from the Department of Aging (to report Elder Abuse) suggest to me that I go seek counseling (because of how obviously agitated I was by what was going on), as in, "Aw, you poor little thing.

 It's amazing how people support this and think they have the right to take my money that I spend on my children and elderly parents.  

Many people, and especially elderly people, or people from another culture, can be afraid of having to learn something new and feel or look stupid.My job as a resident apartment manager, was to be a diplomat - as well as an enforcer. 

Countless times I have sat with elderly person or children of parents recently deceased, who just want to get the value of their family's time, effort and generally, a person's legacy.

Medicare is for the elderly, and both of those programs are racing towards financial insolvency.

You wouldn’t exactly be the local hero forcing a sick elderly person to sell his place on a 10 year note.

It hurts the elderly and the poor.

or maybe i'll buy in a different area, or a different class of property (maybe very large MFR) or something like notes, trailer parks, self-storage of even something way out there like cemeteries or elder care facilities.  

Hello all, I will try to keep this as tact as possible but there is a lot to take in consideration.I have been trying to convince an elderly gentleman to sell his mobile home park to me for going on 6 months now.
