Most, just because of their zip code have never experienced decent housing experiences with landlords who respect them, the culture and community.

I personally love living in a big urban area and enjoying all of the attributes of it(walkability, mass transit, culture, diversity, incredible restaurant and nightlife options, architecture, pro sports, entertainment), but I realize that's not for everyone.  

With steadily growing metro areas like Columbus, OH, you can find appreciation, some cash flow, and a diverse culture to keep you entertained

It's one thing to move across country but to change countries and culture is really a big deal.  

It has made me a much worse employee.The culture at my workplace has slowly been deterioating over the years.

Also, local residents or the community may not like as they are afraid of changing the demographics and culture of the neighborhood. 

It was a giant cultural movement.

Although my kids get to travel to some amazing places and experience new cultures, there is no place like home.

Any form of live work where you have retail on the ground and residence above is very rich culturally.

Spouses and kids add up.That is saying something when you consider Collin County where I live is expected to double in population between 2017 and 2030 without Amazon.I am still wondering what the "culture" picture will look like if Amazon waits until after the midterm elections.
