That said, i do think real estate is a prime candidate for disruption as the 5-6% commission system is really lame.

Everything worked very smoothly for us - mainly because the seller was helpful and did not want to disrupt the future guests' vacation.  

They tend to expect a difficult and expensive solution to keep their butts out of legal disruption. 

This process could take several months but maybe more of a disruption than you're looking for.
