(if looking at photos, they were modified to look 2 tone) I guess after reading what folks said about your white/ grey, it is ok to go one color but at least change sheen on ceiling vs. walls. 

I didn't know that actually mean the moisture was dramtically high until now, because the meter showed it as green color.

The inspector is an idiot , they are color coded for the different amperage . , They should be labeled for ease of identifying .

I'm also going with warmer colors but staying with the modern minimalist look for now. 

I know people love their whites, we have found working in a rural area, dirt colored patterns works so much better (big fan of taupe), and with all the new Oxy type cleaning products, they work just as good if not better than bleach on whites.
