Maybe your laws are different across the Atlantic, but my BIC has done this multiple times.As for paying the person who found the buyer -- $50 will not suffice on a property with this selling price.

I've written long posts on the topic, so I won't rehash here, but suffice it to say, your time is probably worth more than the $15/hour you can hire a painter for.- Second, you mention that if you have to pay $2700 for a painter and your holding costs are $900/month, you're saving $1800/month by doing it yourself.

Proof of funds with your bank statement blackened out would suffice valid within the last 30 days.Really I do not think agents will squeeze you over 1,000 sales price higher.

i use Buildium too, but I don't think an email would suffice in court as appropriate notice of eviction.For me, Buildium sends out an automated email when the late fee is applied.

@Mark Ferguson   Yes I believe this agent in KC was huffing and puffing... suffice it to say from my experience as long as the name on the purchase contract is the same name on the checking account in my case its my POF  then all is good.If its a lender then I guess you need to disclose that when you buying and have a POF from the lender...
