Tenants and potential tenants leave reviews on Google that directly reflect the experience they received when interacting with a company which translates into future growth. 

There are two things that give me pause in trying to recreate our original success.1- Location, location, location... and how that translates into occupancy. 

A bookkeeping professional will "translate" the PM's data into your master accounting platform each month so all of those transactions are accounted for.This allows you to see how your business(es) as a whole is doing financially in addition to how each property is doing.We actually catch a lot of mistakes doing this for our Clients as an added bonus. 

Some grew up in real estate, some worked in construction which translated quite well to rehabbing, others came from a finance background and can feel comfortable working the numbers.I'd say hedge your bets and find a way to add/supplement what your currently doing with real estate.

Airlines showing signs of weakness which translates into weakness for hotels as well.Refinancing will likely be an issue as loans come due.So just like multifamily and office there will be fallout. 

What I mean is that although portfolios are increasing in 'price' those assets do not necessarily translate to real wealth.

Way too much stuff to contemplate.I am into simplifying my life and not making it more complex.Traffic translates to DOLLARS for Josh's business.Nothing wrong with it as everyone needs to make a living and grow the business.I enjoy reading the posts and coming here and relaxing.I say file 13 it as well.

I would argue that even that wouldn't be enough by your definition.The truth of the matter is that there is no way to guarantee that financial indepedence today will translate to financial independence tomorrow.

Its just being from Bakersfield my sense of humor doesnt translate well...
