Moved to Fort Collins 3 years ago and fell in love.

So hopefully I'm not breaking any advertising rules or anything on here but I just got my license and will be working primarily in the Fort Collins area as well as any deal I can get my hands on in Northern Colorado.

The market in my area (Fort Collins, CO) seems pretty hot, this was confirmed by a gentleman much smarter than myself in my other thread from the other night.

Bought my first property this year using a VA loan to get into a very pricey Fort Collins market, had originally set a goal to be able to leave my W2 job by the time I’m 40.
