I use Cozy online.

Cozy allows you to not only collect rent but tenants can also message you through the platform and put in maintenance requests.

With Cozy I was able to see at what date each tenant scheduled their payment.

I have a lot of interest in it, I've had about 20 people come and look at it but no one is committed to getting it. im telling them that they need to do a credit report and a background check through cozy at a cost of $40 that I will take off of the first months rent. this is not working... what do you have prospective tenants do for an application, and does cozy work for you

Also, how would you go about having your tenants use cozy for this process for checking credit score and background check?

I find accent walls to be claustrophobic, but it does make for a cozy space in your example, and I'm so happy you just went with brown to tie in the floor and not some crazy bright red, like so many love to do.
