She showed me the legal summary and it shows the last 2 actions on the case as the mortgage company filing a motion to vacate the order of foreclosure and the mortgage foreclosure being voluntarily dismissed.However, a "foreclosure" still shows up on her credit report?

Many Insurance carriers voluntarily report claims info to CLUE and can purchase reports from them (searches by address and names I believe).

I would put some sort of a barrier so he can't see into your yard, a tree or shrub in a pot so you can move it around would work or something totally in appropriate even better.
