Like most people I am currently stuck in quarantine, so is there anywhere I could find info on the neighborhoods online?

Although we are three years out from when we first were quarantined, some are still trying to catch up.

In many jurisdictions, after a dog attack, the dog is required by Animal Control to go into a quarantine period during which it is removed from the owner for a period of time for professional evaluation. 

The longer the quarantine continues the more people are looking to dump them and move on.

Maybe people are tired of being quarantined and they are just ready to do stuff like that.

Even some of my vacation rental/Airbnb properties did fine during the quarantine because we ended up hosting first responders and traveling nurses--I know many whose Airbnb businesses completely collapsed.

No one is moving, landlords aren't trying to rent, things are very much status quo for a large portion of what likely compromises the "norm" in the thick of quarantine (May).2.

The news that the entire state of CA just enacted self quarantine doesnt help to settle nerves. 

That seems to be the website, but it is quarantined for being a risk.

This one first I quarantine that they keep paying every month until we get to their "already paid rent" and of course I also have a VERY large deposit in case they mess anything up.
