An emotional support animal is not required to have any training or certification.As a landlord, you have the right to request documentation regarding the prescription of the animal but you cannot demand medical records or access to the medical personnel prescribing the animal.

However there was a house here in 1989 it burnt down, the water lines have been there for over 10 years, so this is simply a prescriptive easement, not considering the possibility for an easement by necessity.
