If it comes down to whether I go to a prestigious university with higher expenses or a decent college with cheaper tuition, ill probably go to the decent one so I can invest more and prevent debt.

Oil companies don't exactly have sparkling reputations.

It was a nice property listed then at below $700k and I personally found it enticing to invest in an area belonging to a prestigious town such as Montclair. 

Then omg this guy even worked for some prestigious world famous institute and he has papers and patents to his name.

We invested in a small 1 bedroom penthouse in South Korea a few years ago in an area called Sinchon, which is surrounded by prestigious colleges.

Appliances need to be spotless inside and out, floors not only swept but also mopped, rugs cleaned, all bathroom fixtures sparkling, cabinets and drawers free of crumbs etc etc.

I did all of the obvious repairs needed and at every opportunity, I chose to use premium material (quarts sparkling white counters, Sterling Oak plank flooring, 6in baseboards, hands-free brushed nickel pull-down faucets).

Just spent 5 minutes looking at some rental listings in prestigious areas of Minneapolis suburbs (maple grove) which I have a friend who lives there.Take a look at this listing (you may know who the realtor is on this one) a bag holder bought it at the peak in 2022 for 315k tried to rent it initially for $2400, now it’s going for 2k .

The education system is failing them into thinking that they should strive for some prestigious school and get a degree in something they "like", or are interested in.
