And all because a few starry-eyed dreamers stirred the local government officials up and filled their heads with a lot of poorly thought out ideas.I think they should offer these homeless Ex-Cons Mass Public housing like Nickerson Gardens in LA.I seems to me like much better solution--somewhere out in the high desert near a military base where they can recidivide to their hearts content.Just my 2 cents.

I have cancelled all the April Reservations based on the SC Governors order for people to stay at home.I have had people try and talk me out of this because they are going stir crazy at home and want to come to our Lake House.I plan on cleaning up the boat and putting it in the water this weekend to make use of this time.I also plan to do some extra maintenance during this downtime.So my reply is:Wait it out figuring it will pass in 30-45 days and they can cover loses until then.I have long term rentals that are doing very well.

Statutes and leases are slanted heavily towards the LL, so when courts get involved, everything will be strictly interpreted against the LL.Once more for the back row: So long as the T pays rent in full, reasonably on time, and doesn't tear up the property any more than normal wear and tear, don't stir the pot.
