Are you really unable to grasp the location, location, location? 

It's hard to grasp how you can go from $100K to $165 with such a basic cosmetic repairs.  

But to me it wasn't anything I could fully grasp without pulling the trigger and learning first hand.

I've been "fascinated" by the whole "Bank on Yourself" concept for years but have never grasped it firmly enough to take the plunge.

Although this post is 3 years old, it was a clear cut and simple explanation/breakdown that new investors (such as myself) can easily grasp and apply.

This post is really meant to help me gain a firm grasp on the rental market here.

Speaking to one another I felt I had a firm grasp and understanding of what your requirements were of your team and hopefully provided some transparency on how our process works - and why we’re unfortunately not able to meet those requirements.

The good thing about that is that it forces you to really examine your market and get a good grasp on what the competition is offering and how it's being priced.
