We have signed and stamped plans approved by the city.Now I am looking for  a new commercial plumbing contractor for the job, but I don't have a good grasp of what was a fair rate.  

The one aspect of the BRRRR strategy that I don't seem to grasp firmly is how the seasoning period is applied.

I deal with food stamp recipients all the time so I have a good grasp of who they are.

I really appreciate you helping me out btw, it's helped me get a better grasp of the structure of it all. 

Equity Syndication is very very far from being passive.I think I get where your going from, but seems to be a bit muddled here, for most to immediately grasp I think. 

I jumped onto more active REI Q4 22 when i realized some managers had no grasp of a changing environment, and others were way ahead of it.

People for some reason still don't grasp the depth and breadth of this.

., while it's pretty important to grasp what you can expect in rent...this might be a situation where it's better to take a step back and figure out why you can't find any other rentals in the area.  

I hope this doesn't come out as a poor me story but I am just trying to get a grasp on realtor mentalities there. 

I'm not complaining - I've done well - but because I spent a long time not messing with RE at all after my new construction fiasco, I didn't fully grasp the rare opportunity that was in front of me buying properties for less than $50k after the housing meltdown in 08-10.
