I deal with food stamp recipients all the time so I have a good grasp of who they are.

Equity Syndication is very very far from being passive.I think I get where your going from, but seems to be a bit muddled here, for most to immediately grasp I think. 

I jumped onto more active REI Q4 22 when i realized some managers had no grasp of a changing environment, and others were way ahead of it.

People for some reason still don't grasp the depth and breadth of this.

., while it's pretty important to grasp what you can expect in rent...this might be a situation where it's better to take a step back and figure out why you can't find any other rentals in the area.  

I hope this doesn't come out as a poor me story but I am just trying to get a grasp on realtor mentalities there.

Going forward I would still like to talk to an CPA prior but I think I have a better grasp of the accounting side of real estate than the legal side.
