I don't think people realize all the work that goes on behind the scenes to do some of this work.  

I was flipping houses in the late 90's long before "the original house flipper" Armando Montelongo came on the scene in the mid - 2000's. 

tampa bays growing economy and cultural scene makes it a no brainer, areas just outside as many here have already said, like dunedin (my fav lil town), bradenton with its proximity to anna maria island, or tarpon springs  and palm harbor all offer great coast lines that are not overly populated. as i understand it pinellas county has dropped its efforts to stop str and decided to tax them at a different  rate.

“Price is what you pay and value is what you get”.It took years of so much risk and sacrifice to become one of the best in the industry and we deserve every penny we earn and more (Not many know of how long it took to get here and what we do behind the scenes for everyone.

We're not into the racing scene but do quite a bit of Chase-truck and support vehicle modification for the racers.

Makes no scenes for them to hold brick and mortar real estate at all.

What happened behind the scenes was a terrible realtor started a bidding war between a first time home buyer and investor..... and for some reason went with first time home buyer.

To put it simply, SEO stands for Search Engine Optimization and is essentially the "behind-the-scenes" set-up typically necessary to get your brand, presence, websites, etc. ranking high on google, etc.
