You're creating wealth and great memories at the same time.  

But the cost of owning a plane is 10X or more of a Tesla.. but man you cant take those 30 years of piloting to over half the states in the country away from my memory bucket.. worth every cent.. even though to most they would just cringe..

My goals for 2019 are to get my EMT B certification finish training as a federal agent for DSS (I start training on Nov 26), house hack at my first assigned field office, but an existing Assisted Living/Memory care facility, and purchase 4 out of state rental properties.

Fyi...a lot of the big box stores have memorial day appliance sales through the end of the week.

That's practically nothing though insofar as a deposit goes,  unless you have a rental you can charge $2000+ in rent on.I typed most of this from memory,  so anybody reading this should ignore me and go read the ordinance instead to make sure I got my facts right.
