I'm also ranked on the first page of google for several key phrases (typically in the #5 or #6 spot)... and I'm soon to hit number one. 

@Brandon Durant , how you phrase this question sounds like you are buying a personal residence, and you said it was your first home.

Great marketing, by the way, to coin the phrase. 

Do not use the phrase or even a thought of what I emphasized in bold font quoting your text!

This is just my take, so take it with a grain of salt.The only people who ask if I am a "private landlord" (that phrase specifically) have turned out to be bad news.

Until I get a check for it, it does nothing but take up more of my time when the post goes crazy.I also just DM'd a 7th grader on YouTube and he said that throwing insults around wasn't the mark, it was using the phrase Bro.

LOL - I've dealt with everyone from a 'Chuck in a Truck' (great phrase, by the way) to contractors building $5 million homes in the Palisades to massive firms building out $100 million+ campuses for hospitals, tech companies, and airports.

For the higher rent unit, I don't include that phrase. 

I kept on reading the original post looking for the phrase, "Ya gonna LOVE  my nuts."
