Its not thousands, NOT attacking you, its a MINOR issue. 

Lets keep it clean and not attack eachother. 

If it needs to be changed, I'll change it and if it needs to be deleted, I'll delete it and move on.One thing it won't be is flippant, emotionally charged, personal or attacking.

I still remember when Obama was elected and everyone was saying real estate will be under attack.

If you limit it and, say, view each of these line items as a project you could attack each one to completion or to the “next bottleneck” and then work on the other ones.

Make them work for things and don't knock down obstacles they face, just help them learn how to attack them.I plan to leave everything to my kids (18 & 20 y/o) and they know it; we talk about the importance of properly managing what you have so the people behind you have better chances and better opportunities. 

to be a personal attack, you must spend a lot of time in conflict.
