Tried having the big box store install carpet. 2,000 square foot house with some extensive linoleum and they measured the house as needing 3600 sq ft of carpet.The weirdest feature I see used extensively in upper level homes is the pot filler faucet over the stove.What?

If its MLS I see no escaping paying whoever else has their hand in the pot (listing, your broker etc..)
