Calvin I have found a guy here in Columbus who sets me up with an appliance set, stainless steel, almost brand new for $600 a pot.

Then all the money goes back into a pot and we do it again.

I'm working on a story about marijuana grow houses and the foreclosure problem.Has anyone here rented out one of their properties to a pot-growing operation (inadvertently or otherwise.)

Not sure of your goals with real estate investing, but I have a 14-month old (who's currently destroying pots and pans from the sound of things) and if you can house hack, I would highly recommend it.

Oh and also we replaced 4 windows and put in some pot lights.  

If its MLS I see no escaping paying whoever else has their hand in the pot (listing, your broker etc..)
