I moved here from Portland back in 2020 and now own 10+ rentals, and it’s one of the few places where you can still find $120–180K houses that hit the 1% rule, cash flow, and are backed by strong fundamentals—population growth, job growth, and big developments from Intel, Amazon, Google, Facebook, Honda, Microsoft, LG, etc.
