@Bill Gulley  No license needed to broker aircraft.. and if these wanna be wholesalers understood the commissions involved in selling aircraft you would have a flood of videos showing how to tie up a Citation 2 for 4 million and flip it for 4.2  all with no license... or buy them at auctions  Drugs ,, IRS bank repo's polish them change the oil clean the interior and make a few hundred grand  !!!

and those with private aircraft will fly in.. let their wifes hang at the spa while the boys shoot the breeze and such..

In the latter case, where would I find that contra?

I bought one years ago and it has roughly a dozen games on there (Contra, Blades of Steel, Castlevania and some others).

The key is screen, screen, screen and there are countless forums on here that I've contibuted to that explains what I do to screen.From the time I advertise, screen, show, offer the place, collect the first month's rent as a deposit and the time Oakland Housing Authority or Contra Costa Housing Authority comes and does their inspection usually takes about a month.

those that own aircraft pay their rent .. or like in our case we bought the condo.Just need to determine if the airport has sufficient resident aircraft owners to meet demand.. if you go to AIRNAV.com and put the identifier in  Like our airport is KUOA  it will give you a google earth shot and tell you how many airplanes are based there if there is a fixed based operator etc etc .. 

In Contra Costa ADUs have to be all electric, so no gas.
