Locals are frustrated with the growing pains, the transplants don't seem to be slowing down.

If you're getting a tour from a sketchy guy from a local, regional brokerage wearing a ketchup stained Tommy Bahama polo with two day old facial hair shadow, hold on to your wallet.Verbal agreements mean less than nothing to me.

My LTRs average 32% but my STRs average 22% even with the theft factor of replacing toasters, silverware, coffee makers, blankets, pillows, chaise lounges, lightbulbs,hair dryers, etc... 

Using it for the down payment or buying the property outright is out of their terms (you could probably split hairs and say that their terms of service says no mortgage payments... but buying the entire property outright could be a gray area.....)But...  

Was planning on doing just doing flips, and multiple flips at once but I go thru workers like I do hair cuts, so i end up doing most all the skilled labor roles myself and contractors are very pricey in the area so that option isnt the greatest, so I recently came up with the idea stated below instead.

I am a Southern transplant to the Midwest due to my current career. 

Everything from the way we dress, style our hair, what car we drive, even the food we eat.

Unless it happens to be studio 54.If you ever come across a property/deal with too many hairs on it for your liking then please by all means let me know.

However, maybe you could work out an agreement of where the animals are allowed to be and sit etc. to minimize the hair they spread and such.
