HI BP - I own some property in upstate New York and just finished renovating and tenanting my newest acquisition, a 4 family in Oneonta NY.

I just finished my 75 hour NY REA course and would like to get some input from agents (particularly in Upstate NY) as to what the best brokerage is to start my new career.I’ve heard good things about Birkshire Hathaway but haven’t heard much else.

My mother is in the beginning process of purchasing a home in the Bronx, NY as an investment property.

I don't think "cash offer" can mean anything else except all cash - at least not in NY.

Around here (in NY) a lotttt of people have out of state plates and licenses.

This market BK, Ny a dinning room isn’t so common so I was wondering if I should close it off for a third bed or keep it.

(Looks like Allentown is as far west from NY as we would like to travel).Any advice on specific towns to look into or stay away from would be greatly appreciated.If you are a REA we would love to chat to learn more!

hi @Josue Garcia, interesting that you invested in upstate NY, as I was thinking to start there as well however after reading a few more post about the Market in upstate NY, I decided I will try it but not as my first investment for personal reasons.
