I have been looking through their financing programs and have received a pre-approval for a BRRR property that I am interested in purchasing however the broker that I have been dealing with emails with run-on sentences, poor grammar, and spelling mistakes; this leads me to think that I am dealing with someone who speaks English as their second language.My question is, does anyone know if Money Source of America is legitimate?

If you weed out a majority of the "smart" people with poor grammar and obvious scammy stuff, then the ones that do approach you are probably worth the time to pursue because they are far more likely to fall for it.Take their time... it's the only resource they leave vulnerable and prevents them from spending it on others.
