and while I get the whole rental property thing that's no my personal cup of tea.. lots of other ways to make money in real estate.. top producing agents have no need for rentals usually you can do that and make great income your entire life.. 

there is huge money in the trades.. you just need to be able to speak fluent Spanish and you can kill it. far more than you would buy 200 a month rentals.
