Ok questions that i am hoping you fellow bloggers can help with:1. where can i go to get CA state renters and landlord laws? 

There are some successful bloggers there, and they have found Activerain to be good for driving traffic to their websites.  

The blogger was saying he gets a lot of responses and deals done off the 2nd 3rd or 4th mailing.  

Find guest bloggers.  

But it is not for the purpose of getting leads to buy property.When a motivated seller has a house they need to sell quickly, they won't be looking for a blogger.

There have been bloggers and IT workers that are able to work remotely that have also inquired but the dates didn't work. 

Because a blogger bragged about it.

One blogger who does extensive marketing purposely doesn't answer the phone to see who is motivated enough to leave a message.

I would say the most descriptive award I've received is "Newbie Blogger" which doesn't say much for my blogging skills, but also doesn't necessarily give anyone a very good idea of what I actually do.
