You either like or you don.tOn my new build project in Oregon 90 homes 700k to 1 mil finished product our buyers expect perfection. and as such our subs are the best I can buy.. the ONLY thing I pay direct for is the lumber package and Truss package and the framer does all the take offs for us and that is included in his framing labor billing..
