IF if is a legitimate ESA (and a large percentage are not), then you cannot deny it, or charge additional deposits or rent for it, any more than you could charge her extra for some other medical prescription such as a wheelchair or medication.

He had just purchased a new home and was in the process of selling his other house and his business to his realtor and her daughter. while going through his text messages with his realtor we discovered she was actively encouraging him to take very powerful prescription narcotics as well as having him drive her out of state to buy marijuana products.
