Tenant screening isnt rocket science.

Wholesaling can be a very successful strategy if done correctly, just as any other RE strategy.I agree too that though this is not easy, it is also not rocket science and minor leaguers can succeed at it.

Real estate is not rocket science, stop treating it as such. 

It's not an exact science since all homes are unique, but after a while you'll get a feel for it, just like SFs.
