Rules are important..But whoesaling isnt breaking the law in anyway....You might feel its misleading but its not breaking the law...Bandit signs are breaking laws...Here in Ca, i buy serious amounts of data from my county, some of it is really personal stuff but its public information.. and they want to know your specific movement, your purpose and method of how you plan to use that data.
