Seeing a lot of stuff on the west Coast with people buying older SFRs with large lots...adding 2-3 ADUs, then they subdivide the property and condo-ize the ADUs to sell them off individually for some pretty insane returns.

Since the property’s in Grandview Heights, the good news is Ohio is pretty landlord-friendly compared to a lot of other states, and the eviction process here typically moves a lot faster than in places like the West Coast.

Pretty big one took over a week to get it out thousands of acres burned. 2 more to the east of me a county over, and 1 west of me 2 counties over2022 hatcher mountain fire was pretty big and affected me almost took out my rental in wears valley. 2016 Gatlinburg (Chimney tops) fire burned a ton of land and buildings.
