I initially though that your cautionary tale could be turned into an essay or even a book until it occurred to me that it could become a "cookbook" of sorts for potentional occupants to use as a recipe for future misdeeds.Now that you've paid your dues, welcome to the survivors club!

They have low impact fees as most everything is infill and they have a cook book for the process.

I've discovered that @Michael Blank seems to have the cookbook that most suits my style.

Then I do a cookbook, plant, placement, plate, and towels in the kitchen.

I have done the onsite office already, just trying to give others the details on what NTN needs; when I called to make the appt. the inspector was all like this can't be a corner of the kitchen you use to manage your rentals, it needs to be a separate room, like I guess he thought I put my applications next to my cook books. 

If a book says "Cook Book" on the front, yes, it is a book about cooking.

There are a few smart phone apps where you can sell books based on ISBN Number (there are also websites)Contact local used book storesContact a local University Library (they would be more interested if it's a collection specific to topic...as an example, the University of Denver has the largest cook book collection in the West - and they aren't a culinary school)Contact a local Public LibraryOffer to sell them all at once on eBay (local pickup required)etc.

It's easy to look at the national average home price from 2007 vs. now, but there are many more factors other than the cookbooks kept by the FRED.

They're great to give you a perspective. don't expect any recipes of success, it's not a cookbook, it's a book to change your thinking and grow rich and free.
