I understand the product exists I just thought the only ones using it were the big boys and girls.. not us little guys/gals

@Sona Pierres Girl if you're going to invest in the Midwest, you'll need to understand the info below:)Recommend you first figure out the property Class you want to invest in, THEN figure out the corresponding location to invest in.Why is Property Class so important for investors to understand and apply in their investing strategies?

I'm considering buying another house because I am approved to get another, and I wanna be in a nicer area with a nicer house for the baby obviously it's not a necessity for me to move but me and my girl would like to.My question is should move out and buy a 3 bed 2bath house that I could rent out down the road when I PCS ( move duty stations ) because I will be here for another 2 years, the house will be around 360k and my interest would be around 5.6% at a fixed rate.

But then she added that the tenant was "a very nice girl".   

CA sun shines better, CA water tasts better, girls are prettier, bestest economy, just EVERYTHING in CA is better..... 

He has a completely different approach to syndication than 90% of the other guys/girls out there.

You realize you're not going to convince any Pace superfan (like the dude who takes a picture like a 14 year old girl meeting Taylor Swift) that his program is bad when you go way over the edge. 

I have been married to my husband for 10 years we have 2 girls together and he has 2 adult girls and i have 2 teens all girls .but my husband got that title when he was 20 now he is 44 but i can tell you from my experience its been rough over the years cause people love to judge but forget how easily something like that could happen to themselves or there own kids .i am currently looking to find a place for my family cause the lady i rented from for 10 years decided to sell.

I tried to rent one of these buildings for a developer. it was brand new construction, really well done.One after another is was voucher applicants who had criminal records, you had no idea who was actually going to be living there, some were high out of their mind and/or drunk, average credit score was 500, consistent late payments, eviction records, etc.By some miracle I rented one place out to 2 young girls looking to save some money.
