Unless you know the back story and have no fears about the house something stopped the previous owner from finishing the project.

Our typical timeframe start to finish is 60 days.

You got too many issues, including the fact that the mortgage is already on the bank’s radar due to delinquencies.

When we underwrite deals we will look at the scope of work and level of finish that is being provided then run comps on similar properties at that finish level that sold.

I used those puddle pumps they did not work.. but when my sump got power again boom water gone in 30 minutes but damage was done.. had to put in new drywall ( fully finished basement) new floor ( carpet was there) ruined my tread mill as it was plugged in and the deck got wet. etc etc.
