That kind of on-the-ground insight is something a lot of investors would love to have.Day 1 is the best time to start building your network here, there’s a ton to learn, but having a long-term, appreciation-focused mindset will keep you from rushing into the wrong deal.

Flips can be good for quick cash, but if your main goal is passive income, holding rentals is usually the stronger play long-term.

With the right people and systems in place, you can turn past lessons into steady, long-term wins.
