ahh, i have had multiple issues with Air. not accepting my beachfront property that looks directly on the beach, removing amenities from my listing that I have. its just glitches that you have to check every now and then

It feels too irregular to rely on as a scaling strategy, so I don’t think creative finance is the solution for this specific bottleneck.

I don't think you have to target a specific neighborhood.
