Sponsorships.

Can't wait to use it in a sponsorship contest.

Why not go all the way, and lobby the big guys at wal-mart, lowes, home depot, and try to get sponsorship.

Do realtor's pay their broker's by year for sponsorship (or deal, etc.)?

If it is a large complex (above 50-75), you will most likely need to partner with a more experienced player who can bring some capital and experience to the table.You may be able to get some cash and a small percentage of the sponsorship in exchange for being the eyes and ears on the ground.

@Chris Rassam build relationships with syndicators, ask to be on their investor list to receive investment opportunities, evaluate the deals, and invest in the ones you like and with the sponsorship teams you like the most. 

I'm talking: sponsorships, donations, community outreach, sitting on the board of directors for companies and organizations.

They provide affiliate links and reviews; they also disclose their advertisement sponsorship. 

You and I also know that the most important factor in deal success is the sponsorship group, not the property.

For now I got sponsorship from my friend who is a broker.I would love some advice from veteran brokers/investors about how to start out in the business.
