I have been wondering/worrying about the economy and how it is impacting travel.

Long story short the day my tenants paid the bulk of the mortgage we did a lot more fun activities like vacation/ traveling  that was a large part do to the fact my wife and I were not dependent on working 40 hours per week to pay a mortgage.  

I'm certainly willing to travel and keep an eye on things but my vision is to find a market I can play in and build my network there.

You are in the heart of tourism and travel in that neck of the woods so there’s tons of competition.

The travel in and out of the city picks up and activity drops fast.

The demand for MTRs in Austin has been quite steady, especially with travel nurses, contractors, and people relocating for tech jobs.
