I was just reading that Hydrogen Peroxide, Baking Soda and Vinegar are all ammonia neutralizers.

The rotten egg smell is an indication of hydrogen sulfide in the water which can occur naturally, but is very corrosive and can cause problems with plumbing and fixtures. 

Spray a mixture of vinegar, hydrogen peroxide and dishwashing liquid over the floors.

When mixed with water, it becomes concentrated hydrogen peroxide.

Go over with a spray bottle filled with hydrogen peroxide and water or bleach and water (the hydrogen peroxide is better at permanently dealing with the issue), spray, wait, show them it's gone.
