Hi all ,I talked to a friend of my parents yesterday , who is long term investor .35 years ago he sold property in big city and bought a ton of places on small city Midwest , chasing cash flow .But now he regret , he wish he kept his property in big city because appreciation is crazy while his small town investment , even after paying off mortgage and after 30 years foxes etc still didn’t value much compare to 30 years.I just release might be we should not chasing the cash flow so much and buying to small Mideast Midwest towns.

Obama just showed his inexperience in International politics, and now if he gets elected, there is a very good chance Iran, or someone else, will actually think they can get away with attacking Israel and the USA will do nothing.The president's main job is International politics, and Obama took his eyes off of that and looked at temporary political advantage domestically instead.Since I think we are going to have a Democratic president next, and I suspect that it is going to be Obama.

Michael - This bill probably won't take into consideration the consumer in terms of bailouts, but Obama has proposed that something to that tune be done ASAP, and he's not alone.
