Some online platforms seem questionable.Where do you prefer to find reliable note deals or sellers that follow compliance standards?

Which platforms do you use to find mid-term tenants? 

Platforms like Propstream, Batch Leads, Connected Investors or Remine have tools for skiptracing as well, but all of them have a monthly fee.

Direct sellers, brokers, or platforms?

They handle tenant placement, payments, and platform management, but you’ll still need a local property manager or handyman to handle maintenance, turnovers, and inspections.

One of the best/easiest ways to test the market is by using platforms that already list rooms for rent, like Roomster or SpareRoom.
