Imagine being a first-time homebuyer getting hit with this—confusing, overwhelming, and maybe even dangerous if you trust the wrong voice on the other end. 

I would contend that the foreclosure auctions are a dangerous place for a novice investor.

I have 6 month calls on TLT and redfin which should do well in the apparant recession that we are running headfirst into this fall/winter.I am out of long term stock market and my opinion is it is dangerous to be in right now unless you are going to stay in for years.
