And rooms needed to be separated so you only heated (forget about cooling) the rooms that you were living in at that time - i.e. you didn't heat bedrooms in the daytime because you weren't in there.

The coldest day time Temps we get at home in Canberra are about 40 and work still goes on. 

Do you guys have availability during the week in the daytime for maybe a lunch meeting?

One thing that I would underscore, because I have seen it happen so many times over the years, is that if you are in the middle of your 180 day time period and have not completed the entire exchange, filing a full tax return will kill the exchange.  

Even with flips, it still take several months.Personally, unless you have a commission based job or do daytime trading, I don't see a reason to track your network every day.

To do so, I think to take real estate appraisal course for better understanding of house values and also it may help to change my day time work since current daytime work is bit shaky.     

Provided it is done during reasonable day time hours your tenant has no grounds to complain.

I hope to have a few days in Oct to get there and meet some folks that can do the work but last time I tried this in July, I had 5 GCs lined up to meet me over a 2 day time span I was in the atea and none of them showed up wasting my time and ultimately stalling the projects.
